Commercial Management provides commercial operation services for projects of the China Aoyuan Group Limited under two brands, namely Aoyuan Plaza and Aoyuan City Plaza, as well as for third-party projects. As of 2022, we secured contracts to provide commercial operation services for 22 shopping malls, totaling a floor space of about 77.5 million square meters, receiving nearly 300 million visits of customers yearly, with businesses across the provinces of Guangdong, Chongqing, Hunan, Jiangxi and Guizhou Municipality, etc. We also have a number of high-quality projects in such cities as Guangzhou, Jiangmen, Meizhou, Zhuzhou, Hefei and so on, providing local citizens with all-round customer-centric shopping services such as goods and convenient consumption services, accurate information push and service response, membership services, management output and asset operation services.
