As of 2024, we have provided commercial operation services to 15 shopping malls/office buildings, with a total managed building area of approximately 606000 square meters and an annual passenger flow of nearly 300 million people, with businesses across the provinces of Guangdong, Chongqing, Hunan, Jiangxi and Guizhou Municipality, etc. We also have a number of high-quality projects in such cities as Guangzhou, Meizhou, Zhuzhou, Hefei and so on, providing local citizens with all-round customer-centric shopping services such as goods and convenient consumption services, accurate information push and service response, membership services, management output and asset operation services.
