Project Introduction: Panyu District Qiaonan Street Comprehensive Senior Care Service Center (Happy Elderly Wellness Center), with a total area of 4,000 square meters, is located at No. 339 Dexin Road, Qiaonan Street, Panyu District, in the core location of Aoyuan Health Plaza, close to Grade-A tertiary hospital, residential areas and commercial plazas, with rich medical resources and rich life atmosphere. The Centre has a total of 30 beds and follows the service concept of "respect for the elderly and pride in service". Under the guidance of the "Action Plan for the Construction and Upgrading of Comprehensive Elderly Service Center (Wellness Center) in Guangzhou City", the center provides the elderly with life care, rehabilitation care, meal assistance, medical care, day care, temporary care, spiritual comfort, assistive device rental, home modification, cultural entertainment, emergency rescue and other services. It also establishes the Jin'ao Community Wellness Service Station to expand the service coverage area and meet the diversified needs of the elderly in an all-round, all-weather and all-process manner, with the aim of making Happy Elderly Wellness Center a benchmark pilot for township/community elderly care.
