Jinye Villa Garden is in the south of Qiaonan Subdistrict, Panyu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, on the south bank of the Shiqiao River, adjacent to Shawan Town on the west, Chenyong Village on the east and Shawan River to the south. The total floor space is about 160,000㎡. This community founded a community Party committee, which is the first in Guangdong and the second in China, to organize in-service Party members to actively participate in community management and service. Planned by the Party committee as a whole and guided by Party building, it has formed a new model of “six-in-one” community management participated in together by the community Party committee, developer, residents’ committee, property service company, property owners’ committee, and community living service organization. On July 1st, 2013, Panyu Aoyuan Community Party Committee was established. A comprehensive public service platform was set up to provide a “one-stop” service.
