(8January 2021, Hong Kong)Aoyuan Healthy Life Group Company Limited(“Aoyuan Healthy” or the “Group”; SEHK stock code: 3662), a reputable property management service and commercial operational service provider in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”), has been informed that the senior executive, Executive Vice President Of The Group And General Manager Of Commercial Operation Management Mr. Lei Yiqun, acquired 500,000 shares of Aoyuan Healthy for approximately HKD 2,650,000 at the average price of HKD 5.3per share on the open market during the period from 7 to 8 January. Together with the increase in holdingson 15 December, 2020, Mr. Lei Yiqun has accumulated a total of 988,000 Aoyuan Healthy shares.

Earlier, Chairman of the Board and Non-executive Director Mr. Guo Zining acquired 1,143,000 shares of Aoyuan Healthy on the open market during the period from 29 to 31 December, 2020. Chairman of the Board and the management have increased their holdings many times to fully demonstrate their confidence in the Group's development strategy and business prospects.

In addition, Mr. Zheng Wei was appointed as an executive Director of the Group. Mr. Zheng has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of technology research and development, operations management and internet communications and has been focusing on advanced technological innovations and operations. The appointment has become effective from 7 January, 2021.
